Clause 1.1

Language

Clause 2.1

Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 247bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 247bet platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if multiple accounts are detected under the same person, device, household, IP address, or payment method.

Clause 2.3

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Clause 2.4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. 247bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 247bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

247bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Clause 3.2

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount via any supported mobile wallet is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. 247bet reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Clause 3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within an average of ten minutes. Processing times for bank transfers and other payment methods may vary. 247bet reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. The Company may request supporting documentation including a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.

Clause 3.4

Your Own Funds

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful means. 247bet operates strict anti-money-laundering procedures. Any account suspected of receiving or transmitting fraudulently obtained funds will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. Any winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited in full.

Clause 3.5

Transaction Fees

247bet does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own service charges. 247bet is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors. Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are borne by the account holder.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by 247bet are subject to individual terms that are displayed in full at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have completed full account registration and whose accounts are in good standing. Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited directly to the eligible account. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or payment method.

Clause 4.2

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 247bet are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse

247bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Clause 4.4

Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

247bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, provided those bonuses are still within their validity period and have not been subject to abuse.

Clause 5.1

Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 247bet platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live-dealing procedures sourced from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Clause 5.2

Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (such as the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, or the BPL organising committee for domestic cricket). In the event of a dispute about a result, 247bet's decision, based on available official sources, shall be final. Settlement of cricket bets follows the specific rules applicable to each market type and is displayed in the betting interface.

Clause 5.3

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 247bet reserves the right to declare that round void and return the relevant stake to the player's account. The Company's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred, and the appropriate remedy, shall be final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be paid in respect of a voided game.

Clause 5.4

Maximum Win Limits

247bet applies maximum single-transaction win limits that vary by game type and betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface before a stake is placed. The Company reserves the right to void any portion of a winning outcome that exceeds the applicable maximum win limit and to pay only up to the stated cap.

Clause 7.1

Company's Right to Suspend

247bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, ongoing regulatory or compliance review, or any activity that 247bet deems harmful to the integrity of its platform or to other players.

Clause 7.2

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 247bet support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, the Company will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable time. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion programme are handled under the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Clause 7.3

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account, whether initiated by you or by 247bet, all pending bonus credits and associated wagering requirements are immediately void. Access to the platform, including historical transaction records and game history, will no longer be available through the standard login interface. Records may be retained by 247bet for the period required by applicable law and internal compliance procedures.

Clause 8.1

No Warranty

Clause 8.2

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 8.3

Force Majeure

247bet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, civil unrest, or actions of third-party service providers.

Clause 9.1

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 247bet's internal dispute resolution process as described in Clause 9.2.

Clause 9.2

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 247bet service, you should contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your complaint, your registered username, and any relevant transaction IDs. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. All complaints must be submitted in English.

Clause 9.3

Final Decisions

Where a complaint relates to a game outcome, bet settlement, or bonus determination, 247bet's decision — made following a full review of available server-side logs, game records, and transaction data — shall be considered final. The Company's records of all gaming and betting activity shall constitute the primary source of evidence in any dispute resolution process.
